How do I set up my Creator Cast likeness?
Setting up your likeness is the one-time setup that makes Creator Cast work. You complete a consent-based capture of your likeness — face frames and a short voice recording — you attest that you hold the rights to that likeness, and PrismPoster processes the capture into your creator likeness. Your raw capture (face frames and voice recording) is deleted as soon as your likeness is built. If processing fails, it's held only long enough to retry and is force-deleted within 7 days at the latest. Once your likeness is set up, viewers can submit fan clips made with it, and you review every one before it can appear on stream. In the app, your likeness is managed as your verified identity under Stream Setup → Identity & access.
What happens during setup?
Setup is consent-based from the first screen. You agree to the capture, complete it, and the system processes it into the likeness used for fan clips. Because this involves your likeness, you also complete a likeness-rights attestation — you confirm the likeness is yours and that you have the right to let it be used this way. You set up ONE likeness; you do not repeat this for every clip.
What is stored, and what is deleted?
This is the part most creators ask about, so here is the plain version:
- Your raw capture — face frames and voice recording — is deleted as soon as your likeness is built. It is not retained once the likeness exists.
- If processing fails, the raw capture is held only long enough to retry, and is force-deleted within 7 days at the latest.
- Your work in PrismPoster is private by default and encrypted at rest and in transit, the same as the rest of your account.
- PrismPoster never publishes or shares anything without your explicit action.

What does the likeness-rights attestation mean?
When you set up your likeness, you confirm you hold the rights to the likeness you are submitting. Creator Cast is for your OWN likeness. Do not set up someone else's likeness. Misuse of likeness is covered by the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms.
Can I limit who uses my likeness?
Yes. Setting up your likeness does not open it to everyone. You decide who can submit clips with consent and access gates — for example, restricting submissions to Twitch followers, subscribers, or an approved-fan list.
Can I turn my likeness off later?
Yes, at any time. You can pause submissions, revoke the likeness entirely, or request a takedown of content. See pause, revoke, and takedown.
